About The Project

Synth is a startup that leverages AI agents to generate requirements, legal forms, and other documentation — streamlining time-consuming tasks. The challenge was to design its brand, product, and marketing materials within a tight timeline to help secure funding for further development. To achieve this, I conducted an audit of AI-driven text interfaces, including ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, and survey tools like Typeform. To differentiate Synth, I drew inspiration from outside the industry — the film Blade Runner and the “Japanese Gradients” color trend I had recently fallen in love with.

We first tested a prototype with an exclusive set of users, including AI investors and tech influencers — people who might become advocates and share invite codes. This reserch lead to refinements of the product features, flow, and site map — based on real-time user feedback.

Research —

I developed the brand look and feel through sessions with the founders. I was inspired by older sci-fi films and Shin-Hanga posters — as well as trends in AI interface design.

Explaining the product was part of the challenege — and how it was different than other large language models.

The product itself managed through an easy-to-use interface. Complex interactions are black boxed.

“Typeform” inspired prompts guide users through each new project while AI agents work seamlessly in the background.

Visual design comes to life the marketing pages.

Synth is continuing to be developed. Stay tuned.
