Barnes & Noble’s NOOK launched its audio book app to compete with Audible. We created a digital campaign to increase awareness on a shoestring budget. We used owned, paid, and earned media to drive adoption of the free app.

Blissful escapism was the narrative that guided the “Storytime Anytime” and “#WhereYouListen” campaigns.

We drove engagement by simply asking NOOK Facebook and Twitter followers which books they were listening to and where.

We partnered with companies like Amtrak to promote popular audiobooks to commuters.
